Worked out upper body
I was able to go to the gym yesterday and do chest. Shoulder and arm a little sore but not bad. Going to do arms today. Wish me luck

Actually pretty good. A little sore. But I am taking it slow.
Got back to the gym today.
As far as checking in I am still going strong as far as cardio. I have finally been given the okay to start working out on Monday. Today I went back to the gym and did legs. If you’re wondering why I haven’t been doing legs all along is that I couldn’t lift dumbbells, or plates with my arm. Today I was able to. I still need to dial in my diet a little bit. But it’s not far off. I had a good phrase that a friend told me. “If you never quit you never fail”.

Just doing cardio
I wish I would’ve found this site sooner. About 6 weeks ago I was training like I was 25 and it coast me. I went heavy and tore my biceps tendon and bicep. Luckily it wasn’t bad enough to need surgery. Seen the doc today and he cleared me to start lifting this next Monday. Can’t wait to hit the gym with my new knowledge.
Finally
After being sick for a week I was finally able to workout this morning!

🎥 NEW VIDEO: Build Big Arms Without Heavy Weights
Most guys overcomplicate arm training. Too many exercises. Too much weight. Wrecked elbows. This video breaks down the 3 exercises I use every single week. Watch it here: https://youtu.be/2YkSbguI1eU?si=J9WxW-nvHvH0tiTw Got questions about any arm exercise? Drop them below - I’ll answer them personally 💪

I love the simplicity of the workouts. It gets you in and out of the gym faster with getting better results.

I am 56 years old. I have struggled with my weight all my life. I did just get back into gym after years of being gone. I am glad I found this forum.
