Pillar 1 – Fitness & Fuel Focus on hitting the right caloric deficit in order to reach 190lbs by October and then bulk. 6 pounds to go 💪🏽. Determined i’d be training at 11:30 every week day. Pillar 2 – Mindset & Discipline Sorting 3 priorities of the day would have been helpful today. Felt disoriented by the diversity of things to do. BUT DID THE COLD SHOWER! @Diego Schmidt 🤘🏽 Pillar 3 – Business & Income Tracking done. Pillar 4 – Relationships & Leadership Talked with my dad about our plan of taking over his short terms rentals company yesterday. Nice talk that we often don’t have time to push through. Pillar 5 – Lifestyle & Standards This one makes me want to finally build the small canin in my yard to store seasonal stuff properly. Win of the day : felt like crap from the moment I woke up because did not do my morning routine (outside cold shower). Was a bit pissed working that hard in the gym for not having the results I am looking for. Then hit the gym for a good push. Took my follow up pic and realized all those efforts were paying off. Take home message : the reason its important to be consistent is that you will inevitably win the game, even the days you feel like shit. You can’t undo a consistent dedication.
