Back was better today. Not 100% but manageable.
Got back to the gym and felt good.

5 am workout, lifting mainly upper body.
Normal high protein diet. Eggs, beef, veggies.
Not a bad work day but was busy.
Didn’t read but the win was working out again. Had taken 2 days off 100% and the 3rd day was only an hour walk but no lifting or anything high intense.
