Day 40 - 09.26.2025 ✅ Pillar 1 - Fitness and Fuel 💪🏼 630AM (45 min) walk, 730PM (45 min) walk Water - 3.5 Liters. Ate Clean. Overall Macros Good. Protein - approx. 182g (175g objective). ✅ Pillar 2 - Mindset and Discipline ⚔️ Lesson Learned - When you give away that work thats not what you should really be doing and they know they are now 100% responsible for it, let it be. I did that with a high level part of my job to a recent college graduate, and not only did he finish it early, but he also worked with someone to figure out how to automate it. Man I should have done that 2 years ago! 2 min cold plunge - cold shower 📖 Reading - “Who Not How” - Find Who’s for all Aspects of your Life. In this chapter there are various stories on how people trained themselves to go from thinking “How” to “Who” with great success and time bought back. ***This book is in the same vein as “Buy Back Your Time”, just with different context. It's the common theme now in my 3rd book of reading so far. ❌ Pillar 3 - Business and Income Publish Content - I did not do this today. ❌ Pillar 4 - Relationships and Leadership Host a Dinner - I did not do this today. ✅ Pillar 5 - Lifestyle and Standards Audit Home / Workspace - Tidied up a couple of areas. My desk needs a good refresh (tomorrow). ✅ Win - I got some much needed rest and recovery. 🛌💯 ❌ Struggle - I intentionally gave a very narrow focus for today to ensure rest and recovery. I really don't recall any struggles, negative emotions or thoughts today.

Win: Fitness & Fuel • Workout, cold shower, • Drink morning coffee with my wife, how every single day 🥰 • Drink more than 1 gallon water • Water & Healthy food, check • Lead my brother in challenge, send me proof 04.45 a.m. workout done. • Gabe him many tips for progress Mindset & Disciplin • Reading book, Learn Englisch done • Wrote 1 lesson learned No is a complete sentence. It's not necessary to explain why I say no. It's just a fact. Business & Income • Did finish my 3 top prios at work • Track every € in and out, done • Cashflow not positiv this month, too many standing orders 😡 Relationship & Leadership • Asked 3bpeople How i can support. • Dinner without devices, done Lifestyle & Standards • Make bed, tidy space before leaving • Got the heating working again Struggle today: - Didn't publish one piece of content about my Expertise yet. - I had a very embarrassing moment today. I received a call from abroad and although the caller spoke English, I simply didn't understand him and couldn't respond in the right context. I understand 99% of English, but I have great difficulty communicating verbally. Somehow, I just can't seem to get it right at the moment. 😡😵

@Roman Walde way to kill it brother! I look up to your commitment and habits! It cool you got your brother in the challenge, im sure that will be big for both of you. Don't be embarrassed about your English, you probably understand it better than a lot of Americans I talk to 🤣. No really, that cool that you know multiple languages.

Workout complete? Yes, Arnold Split 💪🏻 Water finished? 3 liter Diet locked in? Yes Pages read? Yes Win: : I pushed two runners today, one wanted to stop, but I encouraged her to keep going. She finished, and later thanked me for it. Struggle: None

Day 23 - 24/09/2025
Pillar 1 Nice workout but messed up on water and food (scooped PB and jelly before going to bed 🙄). Made me want to skip the check in but here I am, ready to be better tomorrow. Thinking about it, probably ate too much because I had not enough water or too much caffeine today. Pillar 2 Had deep talk with Chloe about how to adjust my routine accordingly to the new sleep structure of our daughter (btw, BIG WIN today : first time our baby sleeps 10 hours straight, and first time in 6-7 months my girlfriend can sleep 8 hours straight. I was so happy for her this morning). Lesson of the day : make drinking water a priority in your life. Also, did journaling this morning. Pillar 3 Thought about the structure of the piece I would like to show this group about my expertise. Otherwise, must say I am a bit concerned by the slow pace with which I enroll new clients in psychotherapy. Any tips on how to use MeTA adds (or any other marketing tip) would be appreciated. Pillar 4 We are going to visit friends this weekend. It’s going to be a nice moment to catch up and leave distractions aside Pillar 5 Same things are on my to do list as previous days. Probably wont have the time to do them because we will be out of town, but will try Sunday. Today’s pic (tried to upload after workout but did bot work apparently)

Day 39 - 09.25.2025 ✅ Pillar 1 - Fitness and Fuel💪🏼 1200PM (45 min) walk, 1000PM (45 min) walk Water - 3.5 Liters. Ate Clean. Overall Macros Good. Protein - approx. 173g (175g objective). ✅ Pillar 2 - Mindset and Discipline Lesson Learned - Sometimes just finding the flow is better than fighting it. 2 min cold plunge - no out of town early and all day, cold shower 📖 Reading - “Who Not How” - The Truth about Procrastination and how to kill it. How using the Impact Filter gives you the power to alight what you want with the right Who. ❌ Pillar 3 - Business and Income Publish Content - I did not do this today. ❌ Pillar 4 - Relationships and Leadership Host a Dinner - I did not do this today. ❌ Pillar 5 - Lifestyle and Standards Audit Home / Workspace - I did not do this today. ✅ Win - We got the ad scene set up today, maybe we will have a few minutes to shoot tomorrow. ✅ Struggle - Energy. Still very tired, need to catch up on sleep / recover. I know it's as critical as working out is.
