Day 39 - 09.25.2025 ✅ Pillar 1 - Fitness and Fuel💪🏼 1200PM (45 min) walk, 1000PM (45 min) walk Water - 3.5 Liters. Ate Clean. Overall Macros Good. Protein - approx. 173g (175g objective). ✅ Pillar 2 - Mindset and Discipline Lesson Learned - Sometimes just finding the flow is better than fighting it. 2 min cold plunge - no out of town early and all day, cold shower 📖 Reading - “Who Not How” - The Truth about Procrastination and how to kill it. How using the Impact Filter gives you the power to alight what you want with the right Who. ❌ Pillar 3 - Business and Income Publish Content - I did not do this today. ❌ Pillar 4 - Relationships and Leadership Host a Dinner - I did not do this today. ❌ Pillar 5 - Lifestyle and Standards Audit Home / Workspace - I did not do this today. ✅ Win - We got the ad scene set up today, maybe we will have a few minutes to shoot tomorrow. ✅ Struggle - Energy. Still very tired, need to catch up on sleep / recover. I know it's as critical as working out is.

Day 40 - 09.26.2025 ✅ Pillar 1 - Fitness and Fuel 💪🏼 630AM (45 min) walk, 730PM (45 min) walk Water - 3.5 Liters. Ate Clean. Overall Macros Good. Protein - approx. 182g (175g objective). ✅ Pillar 2 - Mindset and Discipline ⚔️ Lesson Learned - When you give away that work thats not what you should really be doing and they know they are now 100% responsible for it, let it be. I did that with a high level part of my job to a recent college graduate, and not only did he finish it early, but he also worked with someone to figure out how to automate it. Man I should have done that 2 years ago! 2 min cold plunge - cold shower 📖 Reading - “Who Not How” - Find Who’s for all Aspects of your Life. In this chapter there are various stories on how people trained themselves to go from thinking “How” to “Who” with great success and time bought back. ***This book is in the same vein as “Buy Back Your Time”, just with different context. It's the common theme now in my 3rd book of reading so far. ❌ Pillar 3 - Business and Income Publish Content - I did not do this today. ❌ Pillar 4 - Relationships and Leadership Host a Dinner - I did not do this today. ✅ Pillar 5 - Lifestyle and Standards Audit Home / Workspace - Tidied up a couple of areas. My desk needs a good refresh (tomorrow). ✅ Win - I got some much needed rest and recovery. 🛌💯 ❌ Struggle - I intentionally gave a very narrow focus for today to ensure rest and recovery. I really don't recall any struggles, negative emotions or thoughts today.

Day 38 - 09.24.2025 ✅ Pillar 1 - Fitness and Fuel 💪🏼 630AM (45 min) walk, 730PM (61 min) workout Water - 3.5 Liters. Ate Clean. Overall Macros Good. Protein - approx. 193g (175g objective). ✅ Pillar 2 - Mindset and Discipline ⚔️ Lesson Learned - I already knew this, but good to reinforce. I am soo tired, and I allowed myself to sit down on the couch “for a minute”, and I ended up falling asleep for an hour and a half. I should have kept my discipline and worked out first, and on time, and just went to bed earlier. 2 min cold plunge - no out of town early and all day, cold shower 📖 Reading - “Who Not How” - Who’s create Abundance and Self-Expression. Main take aways here. We all have 24 hours in a day, until you have true Who’s then suddenly your goals and visions have more hours in a given day. It also helps you grow yourself and spend more time in your constantly growing unique ability. ❌ Pillar 3 - Business and Income Publish Content - I did not do this today. ❌ Pillar 4 - Relationships and Leadership Host a Dinner - I did not do this today. ❌ Pillar 5 - Lifestyle and Standards Audit Home / Workspace - On the road all day, not today. ✅ 👊🏼 Win - In my A360 Performance Evaluation from my partners and employees, I had a lot of wins, but the best one was in the Area of Improvement. This part of my review, comments were made about my presence in the office, giving quality time, and having soo much work on my plate that others miss out on my expertise and collaboration, etc. As the Practice Leader for Design, Regional Business Developer, and Partner in Charge for hundreds of millions of dollars of work, they are very right. My 20% / Unique Ability is in Design, Innovation, Futuristic Thinking, Strategy, and Marketing. When all put together its got me in front of Apple, and other large companies. When I can do things my way, not the corporate way, I am able to greatly expand not just myself and those I train and mentor, but the whole organization, our clients and communities. So the BIG WIN here, is now I have data from the very people that I need to excuse all of my corporate given roles and tasks to free me up to do what im best at, grow us all, and be present as desired.

Protein - approx. 177g (175g objective). ✅ Pillar 2 - Mindset and Discipline 🔥 Lesson Learned - Don’t try to fix someone’s else’s attitude, but instead help them understand their attitude and its affects. An employee of mine. 2 min cold plunge - yes ✅ Reading 📖 - “Who Not How” - Introduction. Continued the introduction where Ben talks about how he and Tucker ran with writing the books without Dan’s direct input. They, and Dan, thought it would be better that way. They all reciprocally served as each others who’s. ❌ Pillar 3 - Business and Income Publish Content - Im not there yet on this front. ❌ Pillar 4 - Relationships and Leadership Host a Dinner - I did not do this today. ✅ Pillar 5 - Lifestyle and Standards 🙏 Audit Home / Workspace - Yes! 5 minutes on part of the lab that has not moved in a while. ✅ Win - All of the bonus discussions I had with employees today were met with great joy, excitement, clapping hands, and gratefulness. Some really needed a bonus, some were proud of their “above and beyond” work they did this year, and some thanked me for my mentorship and leadership with them. It's great to be able to share this way with the Who’s who do great work. 😁 ✅ Struggle - I felt sick and way off this morning when I got up early. But that doesnt matter, I went ahead and put my shoes on, did my 45 min walk anyway and lo and behold I felt well by the time the walk was done. I felt really tired in this afternoons workout, but I did it too. Dont negotiate, just keep moving. ⚔️
