A few days ago I did my first ever clean pull up. I know it may not seem like a big thing but for me it is. Can’t do more than one but hey.. that’s better than none

I just want to learn the basics.. complete noob here

Hi! I’m new here. I have to confess that I feel a bit lost as to where to start. My goal is to get fit and learn some skills. I would absolutely LOVE to be able to do a human flag in the future, and handstand pushups. Right now I’m only able to do about 15 regular pushups in a row and a single pull up. Hope to learn progressions and strength.
