💬 Is The 1-on-1 Free Call REALLY Free?? (Testiominals)
I want to ask for a little help from those of you who have already done the 1-on-1 free call with me. There’s a lot of distrust on the internet around “free calls,” and honestly… I get it. Most people expect a pitch, pressure, or some kind of catch. That’s not how these calls are meant to be. 🧠 If You’ve Done the Call… Would you be open to sharing your experience? Things that would help others a lot: • Did it feel salesy or pressured? • Did you actually get clarity or direction? • Was it useful even if you didn’t move forward with coaching? • Did it feel genuinely free? Short or long is totally fine. Even one sentence helps. 🙏 Why I’m Asking I want this community to be as transparent as possible. Hearing it from real people in the group means way more than anything I could say myself. I’d love to be able to point others to this post so they know exactly what to expect.

I 100% trust it is not a sales call but I haven’t programmed one for various reasons. Mainly I feel like I would be waisting your time in the sense of I have no idea what is it that I want to know. And another important one is that English is not my first language and I would be struggling to even get my ideas out. But as I said before, I’m really really thankful for everything you do to share your knowledge with as many people as possible, it’s amazing.
Skills workout
3 times a week I do a skills workout: elbow lever, rings L-sits and chest to wall handstand -Ring L-sits I'm at 10 seconds, some shaking going on 😅 -Elbow lever, I ditched the yoga blocks today and I'm at 10 seconds. Before I add time, I'll make sure a have proper form the whole 10 seconds😁 Chest to wall handstand....it's all in my head😕 I can bail out safely but until I get out of my head, handstands will be a struggle! Every week getting better and stronger!

First attempts at being upside down
Today I followed the app suggested exercises. I did my first attempts at headstand which I had to do with my legs somewhat in a crow position because I couldn’t get them straight, couldn’t find my balance. I also tried the normal crow position (without the head on the ground) which I could only hold for about 6 seconds at a time. And finally the handstand with chest against the wall but couldn’t manage to bring my hands close to the wall it was more of a diagonal position hahaha. Overall I feel like even though I failed at all my attempts at least I’m trying and I’m going to keep on trying until I get it right. Even fail days are good days if you learn something from them (giving myself a pep talk because I actually feel a bit frustrated)

Finally back
Hi there! I was out for so long because of health issues but now I’m back. It feels like I’m starting from scratch because I was out for almost two whole months. I think re-starting counts as a win and you’ll be hearing from me a lot because being active in the forum actually helps me be active in my training.

@Brandon Beauchesne-Hebert today I just did some stretches and a few pull excercises and push ups and it felt really good. Tomorrow I’m planning of following the app program
I have a question
Hi! Could someone tell me if I should be able to do a tuck on the floor before I keep trying to do an L sit on the floor? I feel like I’ve been getting better at holding the L sit on bars and also hanging on a pull up bar, but just can’t seem to work it on the floor. But I notice I can’t even do a tuck on the floor so, should I work on that first?
