3 times a week I do a skills workout: elbow lever, rings L-sits and chest to wall handstand -Ring L-sits I'm at 10 seconds, some shaking going on 😅 -Elbow lever, I ditched the yoga blocks today and I'm at 10 seconds. Before I add time, I'll make sure a have proper form the whole 10 seconds😁 Chest to wall handstand....it's all in my head😕 I can bail out safely but until I get out of my head, handstands will be a struggle! Every week getting better and stronger!
