I worked different skills today: on the rings, L-sits, shoulderstands... but also wanted to try new things! Can't have a skills day without trying new things😁 I'm always amazed when @Karyn Ainsworth does her hand balances so I wanted to see what I could attempt... Since I can do side Crow I wanted to challenge that and try the Scissor legs side Crow... hey I managed to get my legs kind of extended. I'll take that cause arm balances are extremely hard! I've never tried the forearm headstand, well today was the day. I had to look up videos cause I had no clue how to set up! And then straight arm bridge, I was testing to see how far I could take it And a 10 seconds L-sit, just to finish my workout....I'm done now! 😅
