๐ŸŒ‹ Floor Is Lava Mobility Week
This weekโ€™s challenge is a weird one ๐Ÿ˜† You have to do 1 different mobility stretch or position every dayโ€ฆ But you are NOT allowed to do it on the ground. That means: โ€ข no floor pancake โ€ข no floor pike โ€ข no sitting stretches on the ground โ€ข no lying down and pretending that counts ๐Ÿ‘€ You have to find a way to do your mobility somewhere else. Examples: โ€ข on a couch โ€ข on stairs โ€ข on a chair โ€ข on a bench โ€ข at a desk โ€ข on a counter โ€ข hanging from something โ€ข anywhere random and creative โœ… The rules โ€ข Do 1 mobility stretch or position every day โ€ข It has to be a different one each day โ€ข You are not allowed to do it on the ground โ€ข Post it in the comments if you want extra points for creativity ๐Ÿ˜„ ๐ŸŽฏ The goal The goal is to: โ€ข make mobility more fun โ€ข get you trying new positions โ€ข stop overthinking it โ€ข show that movement can happen anywhere ๐Ÿ† Bonus points Most random spot wins. So if you end up doing a hamstring stretch somewhere ridiculous, I want to see it ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ‘‡ Comment below if youโ€™re in, and tell me what stretch or position you think youโ€™ll try first.

Day 3: compressionn, I wanted to stay compressed as long as I could ....nothing weird about it ๐Ÿ™ƒ Just staying on my theme of using rings but I'm going to the park tomorrow, I'm sure I can find something interesting

Day 3/4: i did a few different things on day 3....I wanted to see what else I could do on rings! I thought it would be nice to share this stretch, it's great for the sides and lats It's more awkward on the bench since usually it's done on the floor
Front lever
Iโ€™ve been trying to work on keeping the legs a bit higher in tuck front lever, however iโ€™m still having trouble with focusing on keeping the arms straight whilst focusing on retraction. Does anyone have any good cues for focusing on the retraction?

Floor is lava challenge
I went to the park after workโ€ฆ..So much to do but of course, I had to go with L-sits๐Ÿคญ Is it weird enough for the challenge? ๐Ÿ˜‚ Or i just turn any challenge into an L-sit challenge!๐Ÿ˜‚ It was too funny not to share, just gotta have fun! Btw, the video is sped up...and can't go wrong with a bit of Mรถtley Crลซe today!

Mobility
Just sharing some upper body mobility ideas! When i get up I tend to be stiff so I've been doing a lot of mobility work and stretching as part of my morning routine for a long time plus it's a great way to start the day 2 of my favorite upper body are these exercises (see videos, I don't know the names) after all the pull ups and dips I did today, my upper body was a bit sore! These 2 exercises were perfect to losen everything up!๐Ÿ˜Š

Ring dips and Pull ups
Dips: I'm getting better, I do have more control... I go a lot lower with the band sometimes I do negatives today I did banded. I've got control of the rings, I need more strength now๐Ÿ˜… Pull ups: Today was the first day i was going over 4 ๐ŸŽ‰ i got 4 2/3 but on my 5th my shoulder did it's weird funky move ... I'm consistent with 4 so it's a matter of time before i get 5 good reps๐Ÿ’ช
