Today I followed the app suggested exercises. I did my first attempts at headstand which I had to do with my legs somewhat in a crow position because I couldn’t get them straight, couldn’t find my balance. I also tried the normal crow position (without the head on the ground) which I could only hold for about 6 seconds at a time. And finally the handstand with chest against the wall but couldn’t manage to bring my hands close to the wall it was more of a diagonal position hahaha. Overall I feel like even though I failed at all my attempts at least I’m trying and I’m going to keep on trying until I get it right. Even fail days are good days if you learn something from them (giving myself a pep talk because I actually feel a bit frustrated)
