I have a question
Hi! Could someone tell me if I should be able to do a tuck on the floor before I keep trying to do an L sit on the floor? I feel like I’ve been getting better at holding the L sit on bars and also hanging on a pull up bar, but just can’t seem to work it on the floor. But I notice I can’t even do a tuck on the floor so, should I work on that first?
