I'm absolutely loving going to the gym to do a weight session. Do I still get anxious? Yes but I know that will definitely get easier as I go on. I caught myself absolutely howling at myself yesterday🤣 straddling a cable whilst doing the Cable Front Raise, wondering if I was doing it right... Then I realised I could actually lower the cable further down to the ground, so it didn't look as funny OR nearly catch🫢. (demo photo attached). Wins this week: ☑️ Got chatted up!
