Had a mad busy week work wise, getting ready for the break! Smashed new gym on Monday and this morning, normal PT sesh on Tuesday, lovely walk last night for food and even cracked open the weights at home for a cheeky push sesh Proteins hit Drank bodyweight in water Have a fab Easter all (avoided choc eggs so far)
This week
New habits
Protein at the ready. Carbs. Electrolytes water. This means gym time for me🏋🏻‍♀️ Funny isn't it how a month ago it was a real biggg effort and now it's becoming a daily habit. Your choices become habits and your habits determine your future 🥰 Making better choices one day at a time 💪🏻 because they all add up. Have a good day you wonderful people! Leg session smashed
Been a bit quiet on here this week with a stressful week at work and also having the girls home. But got to the gym this evening to smash a leg session. I do enjoy this one most although I will feel it. Calf press - upped reps Cable kneeling crunch - upped reps Lying leg curl - upped reps Hack squat - upped weight and matched reps Leg press - upped weight matched reps Adductor - upper reps Leg extensions- upped reps

Loving weights 🏋️‍♀️
I'm absolutely loving going to the gym to do a weight session. Do I still get anxious? Yes but I know that will definitely get easier as I go on. I caught myself absolutely howling at myself yesterday🤣 straddling a cable whilst doing the Cable Front Raise, wondering if I was doing it right... Then I realised I could actually lower the cable further down to the ground, so it didn't look as funny OR nearly catch🫢. (demo photo attached). Wins this week: ☑️ Got chatted up! In the gym! 😮🔥 Talk about a confidence boost 🥰 ☑️ Walk in the woods with my little loves, getting those steps in - over 13,000 ☑️ Booked tickets to see Myles Smith in November 🎶 ☑️ Found a bookable sauna in the woods! 😶‍🌫️ ☑️ Ordered some Vegan Protein for shakes (forgot the shake bottle🫣) ☑️ Tuesday weight training (sacked off the bike ride as it was still windy) - Abductor/Adductor machine - Walking Dumbell Lunges - Dumbell Lateral Raise - Barbell Shoulder Press - Cable Front Raise - Facepull - Overhead Tricep Extention - Toe Touches ☑️ Wednesday weight training - Barbell Deadlift - My first time doing it!! 🔥 - Wide Grip Lat Pull Down - Single Arm Dumbell Bent Over - Narrow Grip Seated Cable Row - Underhand Lat Pull Down - Cable Straight Bar Curl - Toe touches
