Balance.
Mental health win...for me these are always so much harder than the physical ones. I cannot remember ever coming out of a bank holiday feeling well rested. Resting and relaxing feels lazy, my brain reminds me non-stop of things I should be doing. It's exhausting and unhealthy to feel constantly guilty. But this weekend I got the balance right! Between working on the house, moving my body and seeing friends and family...even jumped in last minute to compere/perform (Literally last minute I arrived expecting to be an audience member 😭😂)...there was stillness, spending time in the garden bonding over sausage rolls with my crow, & watching a movie (or 3) completely guilt free. I've come back the house glow-up, editing and consulting bits I'm doing so much happier and less resentful, and absolutely in love with the person I'm discovering in the sacred space between relationships.
Balance.
Leg day
Another Wednesday another leg day. Only problem is my right knee isn't quite right at the moment (keeps going off ever since I did a marathon 2019) Been to the doctors previously and keep getting told ots just wear and tear from running when I was overweight. Just wondering if anyone else has knee issues and if there are any recommendations of strengthening exercises

I don't want no scrubs... Unless they're a smaller size 🥳
Little wins for me this week, a size down in the old uniform and also a size down in my scrubs 🥳😌👏🏻 Also, had to run several times on shift and wasn't out of breath 😆😂 so the fitness is surely on the up too 🥳🙌🏻 Hope everyone is winning at something this week 😊
