🚀 Big Updates + Behind-the-Scenes Sunday
I’m going to keep this short and sweet today because my voice is hanging on by a thread 😅 But there are some important updates I want to share. 🌳 Skill Tree App — NOW LIVE The Calisthenics Skill Tree App is officially live 🎉 This is different from the training app: • Training app = workout programs • Skill Tree app = skill progressions, PR tracking, visuals, and exploration 📱 It’s currently a web app (works on phone + computer). Long-term goal is iOS / Android once I understand costs and usage. 👉 For now: If you’re on the $9/month tier, you already have access. I’m keeping it there while I test usage and costs. Please: • Play with it • Break it (gently 😄) • Tell me if anything feels confusing or buggy Your feedback matters a lot here. 🧭 Improving Onboarding (In Progress) Now that we have: • The training app • The skill tree app I’m restructuring onboarding so new members: • Know where to start • Know what tools to use • Reach results faster Expect changes in: • Starter guidance • Where plans live • How the community flow works This is all about clarity over clutter. 🤝 1-on-1 Coaching (March Test Run) In March, I want to test a small group for 1-on-1 coaching. This is NOT replacing the community. Skills workout
3 times a week I do a skills workout: elbow lever, rings L-sits and chest to wall handstand -Ring L-sits I'm at 10 seconds, some shaking going on 😅 -Elbow lever, I ditched the yoga blocks today and I'm at 10 seconds. Before I add time, I'll make sure a have proper form the whole 10 seconds😁 Chest to wall handstand....it's all in my head😕 I can bail out safely but until I get out of my head, handstands will be a struggle! Every week getting better and stronger!

Hanuman Dand February Flow
@Ajay S introduced me to this Hanuman Dand move, so I worked it into a flow for my warm up this morning. It's a dynamic down dog lizard, press up to up dog combo. added some corkscrew, three leg dog, splits, side crow and figure 4 crow. Nice and warm for the gym.

Transition I have been working on
I started working on transitioning between side crow and epk2 late last year. I stuck with it, attempting it a few times a week and now that "drop" that comes with the leg switch doesn't make me collapse every time anymore. Proud of this one. Next I want to add transitioning to chinstand from epk2. It looks simple enough but I haven't gotten there yet.
