Skill Q&A Office Hours (Live) is happening in 7 days
🚀 Big Updates + Behind-the-Scenes Sunday
I’m going to keep this short and sweet today because my voice is hanging on by a thread 😅 But there are some important updates I want to share. 🌳 Skill Tree App — NOW LIVE The Calisthenics Skill Tree App is officially live 🎉 This is different from the training app: • Training app = workout programs • Skill Tree app = skill progressions, PR tracking, visuals, and exploration 📱 It’s currently a web app (works on phone + computer). Long-term goal is iOS / Android once I understand costs and usage. 👉 For now: If you’re on the $9/month tier, you already have access. I’m keeping it there while I test usage and costs. Please: • Play with it • Break it (gently 😄) • Tell me if anything feels confusing or buggy Your feedback matters a lot here. 🧭 Improving Onboarding (In Progress) Now that we have: • The training app • The skill tree app I’m restructuring onboarding so new members: • Know where to start • Know what tools to use • Reach results faster Expect changes in: • Starter guidance • Where plans live • How the community flow works This is all about clarity over clutter. 🤝 1-on-1 Coaching (March Test Run) In March, I want to test a small group for 1-on-1 coaching. This is NOT replacing the community. It’s for people who want: • Daily feedback • Technique reviews • Personalized structure • Direct accountability I’m thinking 3–5 people max to start so I can make this exceptional, not rushed. 👇 If you’re interested, comment below or DM me and I’ll reach out. ❤️ Final Notes • Skill Tree = live • Onboarding = improving • 1-on-1 coaching = testing soon Thanks for being patient while I build this the right way. If my voice survives, new video tomorrow 😅 If not… expect a repost. Stay awesome 💪
🚀 Big Updates + Behind-the-Scenes Sunday
🛠️ Skill Tree App, Training App & 1-on-1 Coaching
Quick update before I head out to a gymnastics competition with the boys 👊 A LOT is happening behind the scenes, so here’s the clear roadmap. 🌳 Skill Tree App — Beta Is Ready The Skill Tree web app is officially ready for beta testing 🎉 • Web app only (desktop preferred for now) • Please continue as guest when you enter • Some skills have images/videos, some don’t yet • This phase is about features, flow, UI, bugs, and logic I’m not a developer, so this is very much a build it together phase. Play with it. Break it. Tell me what’s confusing or missing. ➡️ Link will be in the comments. 📲 Training App & Programs (Already Live) If you didn’t know, the $9/month upgrade already includes: • Full training app • Structured workout programs (beginner → advanced) • Movement libraries • Animal movements • Mobility & flexibility routines • Skill progressions in video form • Core finishers & add-ons You can also just use the app to build and track your own workouts. 🧠 Why 1-on-1 Coaching Is Coming Calisthenics isn’t one-size-fits-all. Someone chasing pure strength ≠ someone chasing handstands or mobility. Progressions matter. Skill level matters. Injuries matter. 👉 In March, I want to test 1 month of free 1-on-1 coaching to see how to make it genuinely valuable (not generic check-ins). This is still a test phase — your feedback will shape it. 🔮 What’s Next • Finish Skill Tree beta (features + testing) • Start improving mobile experience in March • Refine programs based on goals (strength vs skills vs movement) • Potential skill-specific warm-ups • Keep everything as practical as possible Goal for February ✔ Skill Tree testing mostly done Goal for March ✔ Mobile direction + coaching experiments 📞 Book A Call If you want to chat about: • The app • Your goals • Skill roadmaps • Coaching interest You can book a call here 👇 https://calendly.com/awesomeninjafitness/discovery-call 💬 Got Questions or Feedback?

📲 Skill Tree App Update – Testers Wanted
Quick update behind the scenes. The calisthenics skill tree app is hopefully going to be ready in the next two weeks, with the goal of having it live by the end of the month. Since I’m not a developer and this is all very new to me, I’m looking for a few people who would be open to: • Testing it out • Clicking around and breaking things • Noticing missing skills or progressions • Giving feedback on the UI and flow • Catching bugs or confusing parts The goal is to make this as useful, simple, and practical as possible before it’s fully rolled out. If you’d be interested in testing it and giving honest feedback, just comment below!

🎉 The Handstand Video Is Finally LIVE 🎉
I finally finished the full handstand video. This is the one that ties everything together. Foundations, common mistakes, drills, mindset, and how to actually make progress without getting stuck forever. Good news: If you reach Level 7, the handstand video unlocks automatically. Want it sooner? You can unlock it right now for yourself and someone else. How to unlock it early 1️⃣ Invite someone to join the community using your link 2️⃣ Have them join 3️⃣ Tag them in the comments of this post 4️⃣ I unlock the handstand video for both of you That’s it. Yes, some of this info exists in different places. Yes, some of you may have already seen parts of it. But I wanted to put everything clearly in one spot so there’s no confusion. Also important reminder: Being here in the community, asking questions, posting your work, and getting feedback will take you way further than any single video ever could. This is the season of giving 🎄 Skills are better when they’re shared. Drop your invite, tag your person, and let’s get those handstands moving.

🔥 Community Wins & Why This Actually Works
One of the coolest parts about being in this community is that you don’t just get information — you get momentum, accountability, and support. By simply participating, posting, commenting, sharing progress, you earn points, unlock resources, and move closer to your goals. But more importantly… you start showing up for yourself. I want to highlight a few members who have been doing exactly that 👇 — 👏 Real People. Real Progress. • @Karyn Ainsworth has been here a long time and keeps showing up Shoulder stands, crow poses, handstand kick-ups, learning how to fall safely and supporting others consistently. This didn’t happen overnight. This is the result of weeks of small actions stacking. • @Tye Kirk jumped in and committed with assisted band muscle-ups, daily freedom-of-movement work, animal flow almost every day and noticeable improvements in mobility and body control. That consistency is why progress feels lighter over time. • @Zara Doering put herself out there early with crow pose attempts, floor L-sit holds and band-assisted muscle-ups. From “not sure if this is possible” to clear, visible progress in a short window. • @Val Mercier working handstands the right way with applying tips, practicing balance, staying patient and building time upside down. This is what happens when information meets application. • @Gabriela Lavista consistently showing up, not just training but giving feedback, supporting others and sharing experience. That’s how community becomes powerful. • @Luciana Rennó working cartwheels and exits, learning how to fall safely, removing fear and unlocking confidence upside down. Cartwheels aren’t random. They’re a bridge to better handstands. • @Emma Burton reminding everyone this isn’t just skills — it’s strength too with pull-ups, progressing reps and weighted pull-ups.
