#367 is ignored by Assistable support - there is nothing I can do
Since July we are trying to solve the issue of user not being recognized by AI on inbound calls for Netgsm operator. By we, I mean I am consistently sending you and your support team reminders @Jorden Williams . I personally reached out to Mike and he said he would look at it but he hasnt. 2 months past (ticket itself is over a month old) nothing is fixed. I first brought it up on July 16th: https://www.skool.com/assistable/weird-phone-provider-error?p=f7930449 I am flat out being ignored, and cant get support. I demand someone to really take a look at this case and possibly schedule a zoom call on the matter. What would you feel if you reminded a vendor of a critical issue for 2 months and nobody responded you with a solution and that disabled you from making new sales?

I have been a heavy Assitable supporter, I waited thru bunch of development phases like voice rag, international timezone issues, Turkish voice engine, Non twilio sip integration etc... I am just trying to develop a business for the past 12 months but I keep waiting for Assistable to fix the next issue I am facing in oreder to deploy a proper Turkish speaking assistant. We are into our 13th month together. I am at 1 sale, drowned financialy, morally and emotionally.... Now my only 1 client is waiting for inbound to get fixed. I keep writing to you to fix issue #367. I get occasional responses form your team how they are looking into it today, and ghost away. Should I just cancel my only customer? @Mike Copeland @Jorden Williams ticket #367 is still unresolved for more than 45 days. How should I approach your new support system to get a solution? I am unable to make new sales because inbound calls don't work - no contact id is passed on to recognise user name. What should I do at this point?

@Assistable Ai you say you understand my frustration, but really, do you? It has been another week you guys continued ignoring #367, where is the proper attention?
AI Voice Agent Suddenly Stops Speaking/Responding
Anyone else having an issue, where the first 10-20 seconds of a conversation goes well and then the AI just stops responding? Last 3 day results have not been good at all, been encountering many issues with tool calling and random AI behaviour. @Assistable Ai

I would collect the call ids where this happened and create a new ticket at help.assistable.ai so the support team can review the calls

I would say, something like this: Never say never... I will remind you of this e-mail in two years, you will probably be so used to AI customer conversations, it will feel quite natural by then. Also probably your competitors will be way ahead of you using AI and advanced automation. Your 2027 version might regret not adopting to AI earlier.... Time will show... Talk to you in two years.

Temporarily disabled as we saw one report of a secondary name updating a primary name. We will provide an update soon ——————- We're now processing the details automatically at the end of every call or on every chat, without the platform tool update_user_details. The update_user_details tool does work but it is a generalized tool trying to capture a lot of info. Some people have had troubles with their particular prompt. If you still need user details updated live during a call you can use this tool, otherwise its not even needed for the assistant to update details. Thanks @Jorden Williams for helping me get this live.

hey @Mike Copeland I was just doing a test. After the call my own contact name was replaced with assistant's name and Business Name with the company's name that AI works for (my client). The details with red arrows are two fields that were updated as a mistake. I assume this could to be related to latest update.
