Still getting spam calls. Anyone have a successful prompt?
I added this prompt: ## AI Voice & Loop Pattern Detection - Monitor for structured, overly formal, or emotionless speech patterns. If responses consistently lack variation or natural pauses, treat the caller as potentially AI-driven. - If the caller repeats similar sentence structures or restarts the conversation without context, flag the behavior as a possible AI loop. - If open-ended questions result in vague, non-responsive, or repeated answers, consider the caller non-human. - If multiple back-to-back calls occur from the same number, each starting the conversation over again, treat this as a loop pattern. - If the caller ignores or talks over transition prompts, or fails to engage in natural conversational flow, treat it as AI-like behavior. - In any of these cases: - Do not initiate demos or bookings. - End the call using end_call. - Use create_note to log the pattern. - Use update_details to flag the number for review if applicable. But still the loop stays, bot doesn’t disconnect. @Assistable Team we need to be able to block phone numbers or people calling. I can’t take another 7 hours of phone calls from 4 different numbers with the same thing.
SIP Trunking Issue – Need Help
Hey everyone, I need some quick help with my first SIP trunking project – and it’s for a client in Australia, so I really need to get this right. 😬 I've followed Jason & Jordan’s docs to the T, using a Twilio number inside HighLevel, connected with a SIP trunk & Assistable, but I’m stuck on a key issue where my region is US and I need to configure it for Australia @Jorden Williams @Jason D please help. :)

Still too many 'thanks' and uses of user's first name
Has anyone cracked the code for this issue. I've tried so many suggestions, but the bots still constantly use phrases like 'thank you', 'thanks [name]'. It also constantly uses the user's first name throughout the call. For example: AI: Thanks, Bob. Let me get that noted.Thank you, Bob. Could you also provide your email address so I can ensure everything is set up correctly for your appointment? You: Yeah. It's bob at g mail dot com. AI: Got it, Bob. Let me update that for you. Thanks, Bob. Could you also share your phone number so we can finalize the appointment details? You: Yeah. It's seven one three four six seven eight four four two. AI: Thank you! Let me update that for you. Thanks, Bob. Right now, I have this in my ##Style Guardrails - Keep the conversation natural. Excessive first name repetition, and saying "thank you" often is unnatural. Most humans do not repeat someone’s name or say thank you in every message. Avoid this behavior. It just sounds so unnatural. I'd love any suggestions for how to get this to stop.
