AI Voice Agent Suddenly Stops Speaking/Responding

Anyone else having an issue, where the first 10-20 seconds of a conversation goes well and then the AI just stops responding?

Last 3 day results have not been good at all, been encountering many issues with tool calling and random AI behaviour.
