Since July we are trying to solve the issue of user not being recognized by AI on inbound calls for Netgsm operator. By we, I mean I am consistently sending you and your support team reminders . I personally reached out to Mike and he said he would look at it but he hasnt. 2 months past (ticket itself is over a month old) nothing is fixed. I am flat out being ignored, and cant get support. I demand someone to really take a look at this case and possibly schedule a zoom call on the matter.
What would you feel if you reminded a vendor of a critical issue for 2 months and nobody responded you with a solution and that disabled you from making new sales?
