When Netgsm Turkey number is connected to my assistant on an inbound call, AI can't refer with first name although prompted, and can't book an appointment. But when we switch to Twilio number, it all works perfect. @Jorden Williams can you identify the root cause of this weird error so I can have Netgsm fix whatever they need to fix to get it working? Loom is in my most recent support ticket. This is crucial to my business as currently I can't offer inbound assistants until we fix the issue. Thank you for your help!
@Jorden Williams this e-commerce client is a big brand. They are asking for 1500 minutes call time per DAY on inbound support assistant. I am unable to deliver because inbound calls can't recognize the user because of Netgsm issue. So wouldn't be able to answer simple questions like, where is my order? What should I do? I really want to get this project, it's 45k minutes a month.
Thank you @Hari Prathap Balamurugan it is solved now. Problem was provider was not sending country code and GHL couldn't define the customer. Now we have fixed that and its working without an issue.
Would yall want to pass your own 11labs key for your own voices / acct for voice? would obviously drop price for input keys but curious would anyone use this before I built it / move on
For one client, we have the situation that they have leads in Switzerland, Germany, and internationally, so they get replies in at least 3 languages. How do you guys solve having the chatbot always use the right language? Because currently, in 3/10 cases, the bot just continues in German instead of switching to English.
I have tested this a lot. It doesn't work precisely. Because it's listening in one language and transcribing in that language. Tries to make sense of their words in that language. I have had some success by making AI pick up the language name and make a switch to that language, but it only worked %30 - %40 of the time, not stable. And you are in Switzerland, it needs to work as good as a Swiss clock, I know. I would suggest you to test making seperate assistants per language and transfer calls to correct assistant when language switching request arrives. Please let me know if you can get it to work...
