Day 25 9-12-25
55 minute Full Body Power and Strength✅ 30 minute walk✅ 12 pages of reading Missed my water intake and ended up with a crazy bad headache, only got a 1/2 gallon in Win - dinner with my wife at our favorite local Mexican restaurant Struggle - getting my water intake, it’s getting cooler here and I have to be more conscious of drinking my water. Much easier to do when it’s hot out because your body tells you it needs it. Not so much when it’s cool out

Day 24 ☑️ In
Back was better today. Not 100% but manageable. Got back to the gym and felt good. Up at 3:45 Devotional 5 am workout, lifting mainly upper body. Normal high protein diet. Eggs, beef, veggies. Not a bad work day but was busy. Didn’t read but the win was working out again. Had taken 2 days off 100% and the 3rd day was only an hour walk but no lifting or anything high intense.

Day10 - 08/09/2025
Exhausted for this entry but I am bot leaving anything behind. Pillar 1 – Fitness & Fuel Focus on hitting the right caloric deficit in order to reach 190lbs by October and then bulk. 6 pounds to go 💪🏽. Determined i’d be training at 11:30 every week day. Pillar 2 – Mindset & Discipline Sorting 3 priorities of the day would have been helpful today. Felt disoriented by the diversity of things to do. BUT DID THE COLD SHOWER! @Diego Schmidt 🤘🏽 Pillar 3 – Business & Income Tracking done. Pillar 4 – Relationships & Leadership Talked with my dad about our plan of taking over his short terms rentals company yesterday. Nice talk that we often don’t have time to push through. Pillar 5 – Lifestyle & Standards This one makes me want to finally build the small canin in my yard to store seasonal stuff properly. Win of the day : felt like crap from the moment I woke up because did not do my morning routine (outside cold shower). Was a bit pissed working that hard in the gym for not having the results I am looking for. Then hit the gym for a good push. Took my follow up pic and realized all those efforts were paying off. Take home message : the reason its important to be consistent is that you will inevitably win the game, even the days you feel like shit. You can’t undo a consistent dedication. Lets set this community ablazed
