Aaah guys, I’m so sorry — I totally dropped the ball and missed yesterday’s sales training. Got sucked into the final day of Goldman Sachs and forgot to cancel or replace myself. Not an excuse, just embarrassing. I’ll make it up to you.

Monday’s session tho? FIRE. If you missed it, go watch the replay ASAP. It’s pure gold for getting grounded, hitting your tiny member caps, and using what actually works (word-of-mouth, hubs, old DMs, all of it).

Biggest takeaway from the last 12 weeks of getting cooked in both Alex Hormozi’s thing + Goldman Sachs (plus passport/wallet/phone stolen in the middle lol):

KNOW. YOUR. NUMBERS.

Even when they suck.

Especially when they suck.

Look at your time in vs results out.

Brutal but necessary.

Most of us are wearing 4 hats right now (coach, marketer, sales, support…) and we’re usually only world-class at the coaching part. The growth is in getting consistent at the stuff we kinda hate: outreach, sales process, onboarding, partnerships.

Asking for a little grace right now 🙈 I’ll be at the Solstice Workshop tomorrow and back on my shit.
