Scary but chill!
Following the mock sessions scripts... I had call number 2 with a potential member. I pitched. She LOVES it, BUT the price requires a convo with the hubby. 3rd call scheduled for Monday!! I'm excited, and I also recognized a reluctance to pitch that had nothing to do with her, but kept going back to why she really needed this in my own mind. I was simultaneously nervous and feeling imposter syndrome, while also feeling a calm "we'll see what happens" energy. Thank you @Valerie Hwang Beck for doing those mock sales calls and also our conversations around shrinking and using our voices!!

**Update** Had the 3rd call today. She wants to wait and do a stool sample and get the results there before proceeding, but is still highly interested in Club. I am going to follow up with her in a few weeks to see if she has her results, and meanwhile I have my free community she can land in to stay engaged and get information. I emphasized that the coaching with me is only in the year long club because that's what I have seen actually lead to lasting results. I also encouraged her around getting diagnostics because I do believe an integrative approach IS the best way, that way she has numbers AND can tell the difference by how she and her family (all 3 super strong pittas!) feel. And we discussed information versus transformation. I also mentioned my upcoming detox in April being a good time to start the club as well. She briefly mentioned cost and the investment being a larger investment. So in the free community, I know I definitely need to add some posts and info on the importance of investing in yourself and your goals. I would love to hear feedback based on this from others! What do you see that maybe I missed? What would you suggest doing next? What other input or feedback do you have? @Valerie Hwang Beck @Nina Pullella @Cate Stillman and anyone else reading this?

@Cate Stillman ME!!!
Club Growth : Live with Cate
Meeting Recap : 2-5-2026 | Session by @Cate Stillman Today’s session focused on strategic, scalable growth through intentional Hub Hustling—moving beyond solo outreach to embed your work within existing communities where your ideal clients already gather. We shifted from asking “how do I find more members?” to executing the Venn Diagram Strategy: identifying the precise overlap between your expertise and an existing group’s unmet needs. Core principles emerged: - Hubs Are Networks Hitting Networks: A hub can be a boutique, a doula collective, a corporate HR department, or a “loud person”—a superfan who consistently refers. - Service-First Reciprocity: Success comes from solving a hub’s problem first. Offer 15-minute consults in a supplement shop, write a column for a local paper, or host a workshop in an underused studio. - AI as Your Co-Strategist: Use prompts to generate hyper-local hub hit lists in minutes—turning “I don’t know where to start” into a targeted game plan. We committed to action: - Audit Your “Loud People”: Identify and appreciate your top 3 referrers this week. - Generate a Hub Hit List: Use AI to map 10 potential local or digital hubs. - Never Eat Alone: Schedule one connection coffee with a community “connector.” - Draft a Value-Add Pitch: Prepare a “tip of the month” column or workshop idea to offer a hub. The ultimate takeaway: Consistency in 2–3 aligned hubs beats a scattered presence everywhere. Steady, reciprocal value turns communities into your most powerful growth engine. I love this one! I feel like I'm good with hubs as far as reaching out and knowing who to reach out to. And I do do the hospital health fairs, Because that's part of my Avatar. As well as some Doc office health fairs and other pop ups. I've also realized it takes some steady work to nurture some of these hub relationships, (like this current realtor group for Coldwell I've been nurturing and now have a quarterly talk scheduled all year!). I love the suggestions of putting it into chat for a game plan specifically. Because my chat actually gave me a plan for months 1, 2, 3 and 4 on building, and then nurturing those relationships throughout, in a way that is doable with a 4 year old. So this is awesome. Thank you.

Focus
As we head into Focus Week, I’m curious—what are you focusing on? Is it a habit you’re wanting to build, or a project you’re ready to move forward on? đŸ€” I chose a project. My intention is to finish recording my audiobook this week. Tonight, I sat down to begin again
 and discovered my recording tent had been completely dismantled. One of the brooms my daughter had used to build it had been repurposed, leaving my once-cozy setup lopsided and falling apart. Cue overwhelm, discouragement, and frustration. After a brief (and very real) meltdown, I did some EFT tapping, gathered myself, and rebuilt—this time with chairs and blankets. đŸ„ł Tomorrow—which also happens to be my birthday—I’ll have the house to myself for most of the day. I’m planning to spend several hours recording and seeing how far I can get. I’m feeling optimistic because my space is set up, I can simply begin, and I even practiced some of the material tonight. So, what are you focusing on for Focus Week? @Tarna Fuller @Darlene Fermaint @Patrick Garlinger @Valerie Hwang Beck
