Haven't checked in for a bit. Have been enjoying some social time and resting after the drama last week. Recommitting to working on my sovereign goal. Enjoyed the Ravenwolf call tonight. Will be back tomorrow. Night all.

Water, movement and protein goals met. Have not been working on much else other than spending time worrying about a few things and trying to get out of the house to distract myself. Feeling like it's time to get back to work. Break ups are not fun but, life is...time to get moving. Thankful for the wolf tribe community.

I missed my check in yesterday. Hitting water/protein/movement goals but, that’s all. Seems I am suddenly going through a breakup - going to attempt to stay on track and focused.

Took a rest day from gym today.Had a great day prepping for a youth retreat this weekend and updated my Linked in profile. Getting ready to promote my book! Solid week!

Off day from the gym today. Had a wonderful family day with @Philip Folsom and our daughter, Makai. Went to Venice market and drove around Venice with our dogs- something we love to do. Call tonight was great. Here is my vision statement for 2026: “I am a brave, decisive woman who moves forward with clarity and speed. I trust myself, take aligned risks and act before fear has time to talk me out of the life I want .
