My morning Non- Negotiables
The Power of Non-Negotiables: How I Start My Day 💫 For years, I struggled with feeling behind before my day even started—hitting snooze, rushing out the door, and letting the day control me instead of the other way around. But when I committed to a morning routine with non-negotiables, everything shifted. My energy, my focus, and my overall sense of balance transformed. Now, my mornings set the tone for the strong, intentional woman I choose to be every day. Most importantly, I carve out time just for me before the rest of the house wakes up—before the world starts making demands and pulling me in a million directions. This quiet space is where I recharge, realign, and take ownership of my day before it takes ownership of me. Here’s what I never compromise on: ⏰ Waking Up at the Same Time Every Day – No snooze button, no excuses. A consistent wake-up time keeps my energy levels stable and my mind sharp. ✨ Daily Tonic – Hydration is key. I start with water, lemon juice, ACV, and a pinch of salt to wake up my system, support digestion, and replenish minerals. 🧘‍♀️ Meditation & Stretching – A few quiet moments to breathe, move, and center myself before the noise of the day begins. 📝 Writing My Goals & Lists – Clarity before action. I get my thoughts out of my head and onto paper, setting my priorities so I move through the day with focus and purpose. These small but powerful habits keep me grounded, disciplined, and ready to take on anything. What are your non-negotiables for a strong morning? Drop them below! ⬇️✨ #MorningRituals #WomenWhoRise #DailyHabits #AlignedLiving #SelfMastery

Wise advise!
May 1st Check In
Happy May Day / Beltane! Feeling really good about focusing on the May Sovereign challenge. Was going to push the gym to tomorrow but got my ass in there today. One of my goals for the month is to lean into fitness more. Another is to get comfortable "putting myself out there". I'd like to start the month with posting a photo of myself (which I am not comfortable with typically). I took this photo at the gym earlier. I am close to the best shape I have ever been in. Looking forward to advancing in fitness. Let's go Sovereign Challenge!

April 30th Check In
Enjoyed Ravenwolf call last night. Helped put me in a good mindset for Sovereign challenge. Thinking about my vision for May. Today: working around the house. Have had a lot going on over the past couple of months and feels good to get grounded and re-focus on goals.

April 30 check in
Last of the magician(s) Did well except for diet - pizzas 🍕 (homemade - so I'd like to think better quality ingredients) Working through a messy situation with the land lady on the insurance - me having insurance does not mean her insurance is happy. To be continued...

Home made pizza is the best
April 28th Check In
Was supposed to go out of town for a couple of days but ended up with a pipe burst under the house. Still taking the girls to boarding and having some dog free days through Friday...costco run, gym, changing out batteries on trail cams and getting whatever I can done. Hoping to finish off Magician month strong!
