500+ word streak at 12 days, . Went with my wife to hear a renowned author speak last night, and he reminded the aspiring among us that he started writing at 20 (he's now 69) and has not missed a day since. He wrote every day for 15 years before his first book came out, and he's among the most prolific writers alive.
Streaks matter. It's all building.
