Holiday Fitness Challenge call is happening in 6 hours

Today was a heavy day for me emotionally- didn't eat much but i did get in my water and pushed leader habit forward by working on Ravenwolf content. Took dogs on a run with my daughter - which has become a little ritual of ours- highlight of my day. Tomorrow is a new day! .

Today I was on point! Woke up early and completed my leader habit goals of building out Ravenwolf Skool page. Also got my last book edits in to @Morgan Vicki Todd - we are getting closer! Water - check, protein will be met by dinner time (we're having steak). For movement, it is an off day for me at the gym, but I took a Pilates class with my daughter- that checks many buckets for me. Happy Friday!

Up early, tending to one of my leadership habits. There’s something comforting about the early morning—when everyone is still asleep, everything feels safe, and the world is quiet. In that calm my mind clears, and I can truly focus. Grateful for these peaceful moments that set the tone for the day. Happy Friday!

Today was a great day! Got the gym in early ( I'm much better early in the day). Worked on my book edits and got water in. Did not meet protein goal though. We got our Holiday card pictures done today too!
