Solid day! Took my daughter to an appointment in the morning and then spent the rest of the morning doing program prep for a big 170 person program tomorrow @ USC. I recorded the video! It took longer than I thought but it is done- just need to edit and post it which my daughter will help with. Food on point and did a backyard workout with @Philip Folsom . Feeling god and very tired! night, night!

A lot of good things are happening, Happy Birthday to my big Brother Michael, he is definitely a blessing in my life. I will be starting a local driving job soon and be able to be home with family more.
