Browse time slipped a little, but not out of control: A few random articles between meetings throughout the day - would have been better spent lying on my back staring at the ceiling 😅 - @Philip Folsom One of my meeting-limbo-finds was a Substack post by @Brody Davis - good stuff! Stacking up my time to create a gap to go buy a heater, some supplies, harvest, set up the heater & deliver some mushrooms. The growth is glacial in these temperatures; I need to get them pumping. One of the guys in our brotherhood posted this poem by Martha Postlethwaite - I recall Philip said something along the same vein in one of our weekly tribe calls(?) - about not trying to save the whole world, but creating these tribes, or "clearings". "Clearing" Do not try to save the whole world or do anything grandiose. Instead, create a clearing in the dense forest of your life and wait there patiently, until the song that is your life falls into your own cupped hands and you recognize and greet it. Only then will you know how to give yourself to this world so worthy of rescue.
