Jan 20 Sovereign Check In

This is Thor, the current alpha of the Apex pack. He holds the Sovereign role which is focused on vision and the future of the the pack as well as the adaptability and movement required to move us toward that future.

It's Sovereign month so review your Sovereign goals and recommit to them. Commitment is recommitment. Revisit your vision and values which clarify WHY that goal is so important we are willing to be passionate about them (to suffer) and the values-based decisions and behavior that moves us toward them.

to go over social media strategy and schedule. Script work ongoing! I also got a shoulder workout in (Warrior work) and a little writing which I will be doing every day as a personal and professional practice.
