2/3 Lover Check-in
Today was very productive- I locked in some new programs for this spring with my youth clients- very happy about that. For my Lover goal- i'm having a new friend over for dinner tonight and got my reading in. My big takeaway from today's reading is:
"The way to move information from your head to your heart is through your hands".
It's very passive to just read but to write about it after, whether in a journal or workbook is how we process and APPLY that information. Good reminder for me. does this very well!
