Just want to show some appreciation for André today. I’ve accumulated a lot of wear and tear on the left side of my body (shoulder injury boxing, knee injury from sissy squats after a day of kicking heavy bad, which led to lower back tightness on that same side).
I love that each of the Flex theory’s segments that address certain points in minimal time, while on longer days I can get some full body attention with his hybrid training and programs for fighters.
Slowly but surely we are keeping this 41 year old over trained body trucking along.
Left to my own devices I’d keep going and pushing as things would breakdown.
FlexTheory is making me build and focus on key critical structure that gives my training a healthy foundation.
