I took your recommendation and completed the #GGBB Session #1 after completing yesterdays HOF video. I found today to be way more difficult, mainly due to the position of sitting on my feet. The amount of stress that I was feeling in my knees in particular forced me to take some moments of pause to walk around a shake out before continuing. This made it harder to be completely upright (I probably was leaning forward a little still, especially when we had to bring the foot to our butt I could keep my body posture up right) and I I think because of this I did have some trouble getting that tension to feel my sacrum, though I did feel it a little bit more during the Tuck & Curl. The second half of the work out was a lot more accessible to me. Andre do you have any recommendations about being in that first position for long periods of time, or is it something that will just get better with time.
