First week impressions.
I have now completed my first week. I have done two straddle videos albeit I didn’t get to the end of both as I cramped up in my hips/tfl both times. I have also fully completed the first video for combat athletes which seems to be, at present, more hamstring focused and I was more comfortable with that. What is interesting is that I joined here for the flex theory for fighters and actually have found that straddle (so far) is the area that has made my body feel better and I have the most limited ranges/strength. Looking forward to trying hips of fury tomorrow and then perhaps developing my straddle position further as that is what my body needs right now. Have a great weekend all.

That’s good insight. Enter the Straddle is far more detailed in focus as a series, and will build into its own lengthy pathway while other folders under Strength Stretching are released and approached similarly. Deep dives for all topics, then there will be unparalleled composite training that pulls from each other the other positional topics. The permutations of possibilities will allow for exceptional variety in approach for each distinct training cycle. This is how the gains become a lifestyle.

Body is Flexing More
So I just finished my stretches from 9:3 and I feel a difference already. From the intro sessions into the first session, I felt strain in both knees around the sockets, especially on the right. Probably from sitting at my desk for long periods of time without really moving (guilty as charged). Today, there is a difference. Not as strained and I think the tendons of whatever those things are called around my knees are beginning to elongate in the stretches more. Also, my hips are more supple and pliable after each workout. I feel no tightness which I have felt a lot where I have to constantly stretch to the sides. After one workout my hips thank me. Also my posture is getting better. I noticed I sit up straighter. I love this!

What to Add Next? 🤔👀
In addition to ongoing and recently released training options, which item below would you like to see added next? Glute Building: Layered exercises that stretch, strengthen, and grow your glutes in ways that add to your athleticism and longevity. Faux-sacs to Cossacks: Sequences of exercises that stand in their own for building your hips, adductors, and hamstrings, but that also lead to near Cossack positions (Faux-sacs) and ultimately to how to get the most out of what I regard as the ultimate lower body access position. Full Body Minicamp: Shorter sets of Full Body training sessions with a more specific focus, and all of the intensity.
