Came across this program on Facebook and decided to jump in. I’ve been focused on improving how my body feels - more flexibility, better movement, less stiffness. The intro modules are definitely a good challenge so far.
I’m mainly here to work on mobility and would love to hear how others are using these routines or what results you’ve seen so far.
