I've decided to offer an easy 7-day weight loss challenge based around food. I have provided a meal plan, shopping list and some guidelines around this challenge. Best part : I will be doing it with you! If you decide to participate, please follow the community guidelines for the challenge. Share your meals, like and comment on others posts, and support the community. Let's take a week to eat with a purpose and prime our journey toward the Holidays with some positive health trends!
This Starts MONDAY so you have the weekend to get ready.
And during this process you will be gaining points and moving up the leaderboard during the week. Whoever is at the top of the leaderboard at the end will win a 1-hour nutrition evaluation with ME!!!!
