Thursday Dinner Live
Thursday dinner coming up again. Recipes will be posted on Thursday in the Thursday dinners class. See you there! If you would like to cook live with me, here is your ingredient list : 1 whole orange, zested and peeled 1 whole lemon, zested and peeled 8 oz. extra virgin olive oil 1 tsp salt 1 Tbs chopped Italian parsley 2 oz. each : coriander seed, cumin seed, fennel seed, hot smoked paprika 1 medium orange 2 oz. coarsely chopped fresh cilantro 1 medium fresh jalapeΓ±o chile, seeded and finely chopped 2 oz. small diced poblano 1/4 tsp finely minced habanero pepper 2 oz. red onion, thinly sliced 1 medium garlic clove, smashed and minced 1 oz. good quality olive oil 1/2 oz. good quality red-wine vinegar or white wine vinegar 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice 2 tablespoons cumin seeds 1 tablespoon coriander seeds 2 jalapeΓ±os, seeded, sliced 2 large scallions, sliced 1 small garlic clove, smashed 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves with tender stems 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

You will need some protein items to make a meal. It could be chicken, beef, fish, etc. And you should have some carrots for one of the dishes.
