✨ Mini Practice: Honoring & Moving Through Emotions ✨
Pause & Breathe. Close your eyes. Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly. Take 3 slow, deep breaths, letting your body soften a little more with each exhale.
Name What’s Here. Gently notice what emotion is present. You don’t need to analyse or change it — just name it: “I feel sadness,” “I feel frustration,” “I feel heavy,” etc.
Allow & Honour. Say to yourself:“I allow this feeling to be here. I honour this part of me. It’s safe to feel.”
Notice Sensations. Where does this emotion live in your body? Is it in your chest, throat, belly? Place your hand there and breathe into that space. Imagine your breath creating softness around it.
Release Gently. On your exhale, imagine the emotion flowing through and out — like a wave passing, like clouds drifting across the sky. Trust that nothing stays forever.
