Im going through changes.....

Im becoming increasingly frustrated with how much time i need to spend on social media, making videos just for TT to suppress them, or for them to not cut through unless im just talking about narcissists. Or to offer things that people passively consume then do nothing with. I want to help people shift and create impact in their lives. I offer so much more mind, body and soul healing transformation than just giving out narcissistic abuse info (which is really important and helps people so i will keep it as a pillar) but too much just watching narc content keeps people stuck, ruminating and not becoming empowered to do their inner work and step into their highest selves. Spending too much time on apps, takes me away from my clients and potential clients. From bigger conversations, from offering deeper transformation to those who are ready to level up. So im going to be thinking about how to do more off line - recording videos and uploading them, using youtube to post deeper content that covers narc abuse AND healing, recording podcasts as a guest (im recording two next Saturday one for the UK and one for the US), being part of a new service app & addiction recovery solution (massive announcement coming soon watch this space - this is going to be HUGE), facilitating workshops, leadership conferences, summits, in person community events, circles, partnerships. Ill be working away from home two days a week, at Shoreditch house or Soho house to help support and grow this community with more like minded people, off the apps. Ill still have keep this community free as its so important we have this to heal, and share, and come together in community, but you might see a little less of me just hanging out and more of me showing up intentionally, however i know you guys will share on here and support each other and keep the community space held.
Self Care Sunday
Its a bank holiday weekend here in the UK so Self Care Sunday can be followed by a more me time Monday. Today ive worked out, walked in the park, listened to music, batch cooked and later ill read my book and catch up on the first video and training in my meditation course. Tomorrow im recording more content and videos for this community as well as setting up a social calendar so we can get more from this space all together. What are you up to and how are you weaving in self care time. Tx

A new month often feels like a fresh start, but the truth is that the calendar changes while our habits stay exactly the same. We like to imagine that a clean slate does the heavy lifting for us, yet real progress requires us to consciously break the cycles we have lived in for years. Waiting for the right moment or a sudden burst of motivation is usually just a way to avoid the work that needs to be done. Most of the meaningful shifts in my life happened when I felt completely unprepared and the timing was objectively terrible. Clarity does not arrive through thinking; it arrives through the friction of actually doing something. When we wait for things to feel comfortable, we are essentially choosing to stay stuck in a loop of hesitation. This month is about choosing momentum over the trap of perfectionism. It is about making decisions quickly and trusting that the path will reveal itself through consistent effort. We often mistake overthinking for preparation, when in reality, a simple and steady routine carries far more weight than a short-lived explosion of energy. Falling on May 4th, today aligns with the numerological frequency of the number four, which stands for structure and practical execution. This is the moment to take a handful of items off your list and actually bring them into existence. By focusing on doing rather than dreaming, you build a foundation that supports your long-term goals. You will find that the simple act of finishing a few small tasks creates a sense of stability and competence that fuels your drive for the rest of the week. Its never too late to start living the life of your dreams
When i first start coaching people they usually come to me because they feel stuck, scared, lost, broken, frozen or in a state of feeling out of control. As we work together in the early stages of them making big shifts back into life but processing whats happened, grief and anger can come up at what they feel they have lost by having childhood trauma, years in toxic or abusive relationships, bad jobs, friends that have used them, parents who didn't show up for them, money they lost. And whilst its perfectly natural to grieve, feel sorrow and anger, and resentment and loss, the next phase after that is to step into positive psychology and see life now as the gift it is, to accept responsibility as the adult & driver of your life now, and to build the life of your dreams. That starts by knowing what you want and going for it. For me i felt deep sadness at growing up in poverty, not having many friends and having hardly any positive childhood experiences. My mission now as im building the life of my dreams is to embrace experiences that I would have wanted then, my inner child gets to be free & heard & joyful & to explore. Not everything has to be about work, purpose, mission, seriousness, there needs to be play, exploration, silliness, curiosity, no fucks given kind of energy. So in that spirit in two weeks im going to Butlins. In Bognar LOOL. Its kind of a kids camp, ive never been. Im going with my DJ friends and our group of TT community friends for a garage party event. We're driving down in a friends black cab, we're sharing rooms, we're dressing up, we're playing laser tag, maybe a pool party. Will it be cheesy yes, will some people think its mental for a 45 year old women to go to Butlins holiday camp with friends off TikTok - most probably. Will it be an amazing weekend.
