Checking in from bed
Hey loves,
I hope you have all been well, what have I missed?
Im back from Barcelona, I went out for dinner with a friend last night and immediately caught a bad head cold so im laid up in bed with my cat listening to healing frequency music.
First cold of the season and its a full on one. May it pass quickly.
I hope you're all looking after yourselves, following your dreams and finding some bliss in your days.
