Building self confidence
Integration of ego to higher self, consistency of honouring the commitments you make to yourself, living well and as your authentic self, showing up for yourself to build self trust, repeating your choices of doing whats best for you because you are worthy. https://youtu.be/JK_JKRiRGZY?si=0L5PobG0xQx6PbCl Self confidence is something we can cultivate and be aware of everyday to support ourselves to live in our light, integrate our shadow without shame and regulate our nervous system through consistency of inner work, self trust, boundaries and showing up for ourselves as our best self. Is your self confidence where you need it to be to be stable in yourself regardless of external validation or circumstances? Tx

If we take the core idea of self-trust to its radical conclusion, we have to admit that most "self-improvement" is actually just a sophisticated form of self-rejection. We are often just trading one mask for a "healthier" one. The real leap beyond the video's premise is realizing that true confidence isn't about becoming a "better" version of yourself, it is about the total cessation of the internal war. When you finally honor your commitments, you aren't just building trust; you are collapsing the distance between the observer and the actor. This creates a state of functional ruthlessness. You stop "trying" to set boundaries because there is no longer a part of you that believes you belong to anyone else. It is a shift from being a person who reacts to the world to becoming a person who acts as a primary cause. The ultimate magnetism isn't "light" or "energy"—it is the terrifying and beautiful reality of someone who is no longer available for manipulation because they have nothing left to prove to themselves.

@Tina Woods no problem and thanks for sharing - that's going to be my treat tonight
Life is short
This vessel is short lived. I turned 45 this week . I could have 35, 40 or so summers left to live, as this incarnation of Tina. I believe my soul doesn’t die but my body will and this version of my experience will expire and transform to something else. So with this time we have what are we learning, experiencing, sharing with the world, what impact have we had and are having and are we living life to the fullest. We get so caught up in ego stuff, muggle life, day today, the past, old experiences, limiting beliefs, grind that we forget the biggest part of life is to live it. Have experiences. Get those life level points. Clear your karma. Integrate your life lessons, find your peace ✌️ What muggle lower ego stuff can you release today and what bigger or new experiences can you embrace? Tx

Sunday = Source Day
Today marks the start of a new week, what if you began it by reconnecting with your source? 🪄 Healing Hood Take a moment to tell yourself what you’ve done well, what you’ve achieved (nothing is too small!) while you're giving yourself a gentle pat on the shoulders (right and left hand on right and left shoulder, respectively). Then move your hands up and over your head (as if you were putting on a hood) and continue gently over your face down to the upper edge of your upper lip. Imagine there’s a spring of wonderful, healing energy above you, giving you exactly what you need and wish for, an unlimited source that continuously nourishes you. Enjoy how it continues to support you even after you finish the exercise and carry on with your day. Simple and yet surprisingly powerful. What is one thing you can acknowledge yourself for today?

@Tina Woods I totally feel you
Nature is powerful and so are you, me, we
I was meditating this morning very early, on my own, on the beach. I meditated on the waves, how we are a wave, and we are the ocean. We are part of a smaller experience, and a larger experience. We can be powerful, and when a force for good we can change the world, collectively and individually, and when a powerful force of destruction that too can have big and shocking results. We often forget our power, and get so wrapped up in our little self ego experience we forget the bigger picture. But when we remember our power, and create an impact on the world through love and good - big things can happy. Dont get swept away in the powerful sea of life, ride those waves and know you are a vast ocean, lets come together each wave of ours to make the world a better place collectively. I know you will agree @Mark Lawrence as you wrote something simlar in your post about the younger generation, in your community. How can you use your wave to create loving ripple effects out into the world? I use my wave to help people overcome trauma & abuse, find their inner power, their connection back to a higher state of being and through showing up everyday in the best embodiment of love in action as i have capacity for at that time. Tx

Riding the wave is less about mastering the water and more about the raw honesty of staying upright when the swell gets unpredictable. It’s that split-second decision to trust your own balance instead of bracing for the wipeout, knowing that even if you go under, you’re still held by the same ocean you’re riding. The real power comes from that fluid adjustmen, the ability to feel the shift in the current and move with it, rather than exhausting yourself trying to hold back the tide. I’ve found that the most impactful ripples happen in those moments of total alignment, where you aren't overthinking the "how" but simply responding to the energy of the moment. It turns the daily grind into a constant calibration of presence, where every interaction is a chance to stay steady and let that stability radiate outward. When you stop fighting the sea and start using its own momentum, the effort disappears and you’re just left with the sheer force of being exactly where you need to be.
