Eat well, no booze, 45 mins exercise, time in nature, drink water, read a book.... all very do-able !!
I would also add grounding, meditation, journaling, affirmations, good skin care, stretching and 7 hours sleep.
I do all these things everyday now, and I run a global luxury advertising agency, a growing coaching business and have hobbies, friends and a social life.
