I’m Ready aka day 51

The past 51 days I’ve showed up in varying degrees. The best part for me is that I’ve always felt I could be authentically me.

Today felt like the 1st practice. I feel alive and as much as I was dreading going back to work I’m ready to take on their world. I can’t recall the last time I said I get to go to work😻 instead of I have to go to work😿 .

Today I thought I get to go to work. That’s because I know it’s temporary and I forgot that. I forgot that they don’t care as much about me as I do them or my job responsibilities. They care about a task being completed and it doesn’t matter who does it.

I pray as we go through our days we remember that just because we are in the (their) world doesn’t mean we have to be of the(their)
