The daily check in has been a great way to be self centered in the moment and allowed me to focus on others in my life. For a long time I avoided connecting with myself, my body. Now I feel more connected and it feels good.
Today I kindly reminded myself of what is going on internally for me and physically via the daily check in which was then followed up with a wonderful breath workout session.
I focused on self love via for example today’s breath work practice. This is something I do most days to take time so I can be a better version of myself.
