I just completed my daily Breathwork practice and felt really relaxed afterwards. Consistency has been the key.
Ive got away from using the breath as an anchor point. Today’s practice was a nice gentle reminder.
Great way to Welcome the day
I appreciate this practice and how it helps me slow down. My schedule it busy today and taking time for myself is important so I can show up for others.
After a few hours of client work I had the chance to practice breath work. The practice was very calming and enjoyable.
