Huge gratitude
I couldnt make the live yesterday, so was very grateful that there was a replay. I have just finished watching. At the end of the practice, I was sobbing uncontrollably. I must have let go of something really big. Whatever happened, thank you Adam so so much. I feel as light as a feather right now.
