I do my daily breathwork at night when I end my day. I have found that by releasing all that I am carrying during day, helps me to have a more restful sleep. I used to have insomnia and would be awake for hours as my mind was so active.
I am able to let go of the stress that I had suppressed from clients, family, self etc.
I also realized starting my day with breathwork also u.s. a great way to start my day.
