I have noticed so may positive changes in my body and mind since the 3 day Summit and the daily practice breathwork. I am still Migraine free :) after having a migraine in February that lasted 11 days, with minimal relief. I have also noticed in a cognitive level, My brain is processing faster. I notice in sessions with my clients, I am more present and can access information I thought I had forgotten! I am so calm through out the day, and sleep... wow... a deep healing restful sleep, is something I have missed for years! I feel like Dorothy when she lands in munchkin land! Everything seems "brighter and Colorful. 💕
