How to unlock my 1st proper pull up
Hey i am new to calisthenics i haven't worked out a lot before. i am really not very strong and athletic. slightly over weight but i want to change that now. i am trying to do 10 pull ups in the next 2-3 months. can some one give me proper plan, my skill Ivl rn is 25 pushups with decent form in 1 go

So lately i noticed when i do handstand training i can feel pain around my neck, and scapula but i dont know why heres a Vid about my form. (sorry for the background noise)
