Introduction
Hi! My name is Tima, I`m from Ukraine. I`m new on Skool. Excited to see what this community is about. I love training, especially calisthenics, been doing it for more than 5 years now (mixing with weightlifting), although I can not do some advanced movements like freestanding HSPU, Planche or Levers, even muscle ups are hard for me. I can do 24 pullups, 50+ pushups in a good form, If you need some stats😃 Plus, I`ve created my own community the other day and want to grow it big. Last few months I`m training on rings and having SO much fun using them. Wanna learn ring muscle up and HSPU. Over the last 8 months gained 8 kilos of pure muscle using weightlifting (in a gym), and when summer came, i started mixing with training outside (enjoying it). Have fun guys!

Thats okay and that will come with time but really focus on compression exercises and stretch your quads and hamstrings simply by doing pike stretching

Be Grateful. (Important)
It's actually important as fuck to be grateful. It gives you a bunch of the good brain chemical's, and limits your stress, reduces your anxiety (It's actually impossible to feel anxiety and gratitude at the same time), making you a much more attractive human (to guys and girls). Many guys go their whole lives without showing gratitude, and they don't realize how quickly it can end... Take Charlie Kirk, father, debater, public figure of free speech.... Shot dead at age 31. Life is short, so don't put off this next action step... ACTION STEP: Write down literally one sentence of something you're grateful for. It can be something stupid like the keyboard or phone you're typing on. Feel free to add more if you want, but here's mine: 1. I'm grateful for the coffee call I had with Pawel inside of my community, we essentially just made jokes the entire time (he's German so I brought up WWII, and I'm American so he brought up politician's n'shit lmfao). We got to go over his training and my training, along with my goals and his goals, and it was just overall a fun time. 2. I'm grateful for my keyboard, I'll never get sick of typing on it. Genuinely it just is satisfying, and since I type kind of fast it makes it even nicer to type on it (You like things you're good at, think about that next time you go to train and there's a movement or progression you don't like). 3. I'm grateful for my community, subs, followers, because being able to touch the lives of 100s of people genuinely inspires the fuck out of me to do better, and I will do better as a result of it. Cheers, -- Brandon

Weighted vest..
So , I wanted to progressive overload. In calisthenics. I thought I would use weights. I started doing pushups with backpact and now I can do 15 reps of that backpack which is of 13 kgs . I literally am facing problems while doing pushups with my backpack. I really am thinking to buy a adjustable vest ( 20 kgs ) if u guys have any recommendations, pls , feel free to share them with me and also , I am a student so ..pls if u guys have some cheaper ones , than I will be grateful to you. Thank you.
