CONSISTENCY IN MY ACTIVITIES
A few years ago, I was in a place where I knew I needed to change something, but I didn’t yet know exactly what or how. I didn’t come from money, didn’t have a perfect roadmap, and definitely made more mistakes than I can count. What I did was a growing frustration with staying stuck and a willingness to keep trying even when things didn’t work. I started experimenting with different ways of making money online, learning e-commerce through experience rather than theory. Most attempts failed. Some worked for a while and then stopped. Slowly, through consistency, problem-solving, and learning from those failures, things began to compound. Today, that process has turned into an e-commerce business doing around €60,000 per month in revenue not overnight success, just the result of sticking with it longer than most people do. During that same period, I realized that business alone wasn’t enough. When my routines were sloppy, my focus suffered. When my health declined, so did my decision-making. That’s when I started taking training and discipline seriously. Bodyweight training became a foundation for building structure, patience, and mental resilience. Showing up consistently, even on low-energy days, taught me lessons that carried directly into business. Now, I see progress as something holistic. Physical strength, mental clarity, and financial stability all support each other. I joined this community because I respect people who take ownership of their bodies and their lives, and I believe being around that mindset raises your own standards. Monday 80% fullbody 20% skills Tuesday rest/mobility Wednesday 50% fullbody 50%skills Thursday rest/mobility Friday 80%fullbody 20%skills Saturday rest/mobility Sunday rest Every day I do a daily stretch but on most rest days il spend 20 min on flexibility and mobility On rest days I might take a 20 to 30 min walk in the morning
