Most people struggle with muscle ups, handstand push ups, or unlocking the planche and front lever. It’s not because they’re weak - it’s because they don’t have a roadmap. That’s what this membership gives you: a clear, step-by-step path to elite calisthenics. Here’s what you get: 💎Muscle Up Program (7+ Levels) - Build explosive pulling strength and clean technique. ❤️‍🔥Handstand Push Up Program (12+ Levels) - Go from wall support to freestanding reps. ⚜️Planche & Front Lever System (7+ Levels) - Unlock two of the most respected skills in the sport. 🍔Bulking & Cutting Blueprint (17 Steps) - Remove the guesswork around nutrition, shredding, and massing. 📚On top of that, every program gets monthly updates. So your training library keeps growing without extra cost. 💬You’ll also get access to a private Telegram group with Daemon and Cheng Wee (our Founders). Ask direct questions, get direct answers, no waiting. 🔑The truth is simple: without a system, you’ll keep guessing, stalling, and spinning your wheels. With it, you’ll have a proven roadmap that actually works. ⛳️The only question is—are you ready to commit, or are you fine watching others pass you by? 👉 Click here to join Caliversity Premium

Weighted vest..
So , I wanted to progressive overload. In calisthenics. I thought I would use weights. I started doing pushups with backpact and now I can do 15 reps of that backpack which is of 13 kgs . I literally am facing problems while doing pushups with my backpack. I really am thinking to buy a adjustable vest ( 20 kgs ) if u guys have any recommendations, pls , feel free to share them with me and also , I am a student so ..pls if u guys have some cheaper ones , than I will be grateful to you. Thank you.
Lean Bulking
Lets say a person who only trains his upper body with calisthenics(skills, basics) wants to do a lean bulk. He does the lean bulk correctly. But since he isnt training his legs, would he be gaining the weight and muscle mass slower compared to the guy who trains legs? Cuz if u train legs, u have more muscles. What r u guys' thoughts on this?
Q4 Is Your Championship Season 🏆🚀
Listen up Q4 isn’t just another quarter, it’s the season where winners are built. Every single day from 🎃 Halloween to 🦃 Black Friday, from 🎄 Christmas to 🎁 New Year, buyers are in a frenzy, ready to spend. That means opportunity is everywhere but only for those who step up. This is the moment to lock in your focus. Test products now, refine your ads, and get your systems in place. When demand spikes, you won’t have time to “figure it out”—you’ll either be prepared to scale, or you’ll watch others pass you by. I’m telling you this as your coach: no more waiting, no more excuses. The next 90 days are a gift. Execute with discipline, push harder than you think you can, and the results will shock you. Winners don’t hope for success in Q4 they create it. 💪🔥💰
