Your suffering doesn't come from the work. Your suffering comes from your attitude about the work. “I have to work.” “I have to train.” “I have to handle this.” No. You get to. You're healthy... You're alive... You're capable... ...and you've been gifted the opportunity to show up and build a great life for yourself. Quit acting like that's a burden. It's a massive privilege. Most people don’t hate their life. They hate the bullshit stories they tell themselves about it. Focus on what you “have to do” and you’ll resent everything. We are in the second week of regular time. This week,s church outfit started with a green floral tie gold brown pocket square, an olive herringbone sport coat, peach shirt, tan chinos and oxblood Lucchese boots. I am also wearing my Sage Open Road and in the picture you can see my blue overcoat and a brown Italian silk scarf that I am about to put on as I get ready to leave the church.
