Confession
I have known Jay for 20+ years. I have referred 100s of clients. I've never really been one. I want to. I think I'm scared of disappointing him. Yes, this could have easily been a private message, but I thought I'd make it public just to see what comes back and to relieve him of coaching me. So, if you're reading this. It's on you. lol I think he's too nice. I think I need a drill sargent and yet, I hate authority. I think I have too many excuses and I'd rather sit and type than get off my ass. thoughts?

Hey @Chad Steele I can tell being here is a big deal for you! Way to use the support of this community to help you take the first steps 😊 I know when I’m starting up a new movement practice, especially one I’ve seen the value of but never done myself, I think of all the possible reasons why it might not work out! And that’s before I even try it 😂 But I’ve come to learn that my brain will tell me all those things right up until the moment I hit play on the video, or join the live class, or do my daily practice. And it doesn’t matter how many times I’ve tried to get those thoughts to quiet down, they’re still there. I’ve realized I’d rather move my body and get all the benefits than listen to those thoughts. After I took one of the live classes last week, I realized I had hope again. Hope that I could be living in my body pain free and strong. It’s a quiet kind of hope; the kind I can remember and feel in my bones. What’s the benefit you see for yourself? What if you were to commit to trying it for a month or more? What might be possible for you?
Who here believes that learning how to stand better can’t possible reduce pain?
Does it seem too simple or irrelevant? I’d love to hear from you!!

I already see how it’s helping me feel ‘better’ in my body!
Curious: are the live classes available later
If I can’t make a live class, can I access it later in the day or another day? Thanks!

@Jay Kratz sounds like they’re available at some point in the near future after a class. All good. :) Thanks!

@Jay Kratz thank you for specifically letting me know!
1st mobility assessment video
I tried to follow along from memory (my phone wouldn’t record and play the video at the same time). I think I got all the segments but let me know if I missed one!

Hey Jay, thanks for asking. Yes

👋 Welcome to R3GENERATE Most people arrive here because they’re in pain and their body no longer feels reliable. Aches and stiffness linger, movement feels harder than it used to, and there’s often a quiet sense that something needs to change. You’re in the right place. To get started the right way, head to the Classroom and click “Start Here.” That’s where you’ll find the orientation and first steps to help you understand the method and choose the path that fits your life right now. Take it one step at a time.If you get stuck, just post here or message me directly — I’m happy to help. Glad you’re here. — Jay

This makes way more sense after reading it inside the community. I initially found it by clicking around and I think accessing it from the classroom tab. Then the step 2 portion wasn’t visible so I just kept watching videos for a while ☺️ Worked out. But also a bit confusing 🥸
