Team, Hope everyone’s having a beautiful weekend. It’s been an inspired one here at Physiology First. Across the world, we’re building momentum, and I wanted to share a few highlights • At our Manchester campus, we’ve officially launched our latest community initiatives. Sauna Sunday is now a permanent weekly offering, and we’re excited to welcome a fantastic group of new community members at 4:00 p.m. today. More than just a sauna session, it’s become a gateway into personalized coaching, biotechnology, women’s health, performance testing, team programs, and the Physiology First approach to health. One of the things we’ll unpack inside the Physiology First Fellowship is exactly how we launched and filled this community event using a simple five-minute AI workflow. Building a lean, community-first business that creates genuine human connection is one of the greatest opportunities in health today - and we’re going to show you how to do it. We’ve also made huge strides in curriculum development. Emily has been filming what I believe are some of the most innovative health education lessons available anywhere. Watching a thoughtful 16-year-old explain physiology, mental fitness, movement, and performance in a way that speaks directly to young people and adults has been incredibly inspiring. The first six daily lessons are now live, and the next six have been edited and finalized. They cover everything from building a complete strength and conditioning program, to barefoot training and foot mechanics, to injury prevention, movement quality, and learning to trust your own physiology through experience rather than guesswork. Today also marks the newest intake into the Physiology First Fellowship. Over the past few weeks, the Fellowship has evolved into something much bigger than a practitioner training program. It now includes a complete Health and Performance Platform designed to help our practitioners become living examples of the Physiology First philosophy.
